Experienced practice assistant/receptionist/(medical) secretary 32 hours per week

Are you flexible, able to work independently and in a team? Then we are looking for you! We are looking for a practice assistant for our Podiatry practice. Our practice has been treating patients with foot and gait problems, back, knee and hip complaints for over 25 years. Our patients can rely on professional and expert examinations/treatments, using the latest technological equipment. We manufacture therapeutic orthotics in our own laboratory in Leidschendam.

Job description

• As a practice assistant(e), you are the hostess of our practice, with responsibility for reception and telephone handling.
• You also perform various administrative tasks, manage the planning, consultation schedules and assist the practitioners where necessary.
• You are the first point of contact for our clients on the phone. This includes providing information, triage, and scheduling appointments.

What we ask for

• Spontaneity, proactive, enthusiasm, flexibility, patient-friendly and representative. Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
• You can work well independently and in a team, are stress-resistant, work accurately and keep an overview by setting priorities.
• Training as (medical) secretary/doctor's assistant or affinity with working in a paramedical practice.
• Experience with automation systems (e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel, patient registration packages).
